Memberships are payable before your start to ride.

Members wanting to bring a guest will be $25 a ride payable at beginning of ride. There will be a gate with security, after you pay your bill you will have a code and that will allow you to enter the area. There will be outside stalls available for use during clinics. These stalls are $20 for the weekend or $10 a day if the clinic is longer.

You will be able to get water from an outside water tap. Bring your own hay or there will be hay available to purchase. You must clean up after your horse in the arena and the outside area that you use. Manure forks and wheelbarrow will be supplied.  

A waiver must be signed.

There will be a monthly schedule of riding posted on a web site and on a poster board in the The Arena.  This means that the clinic will be posted well in advance. If there is a time when you and some members want to ride you will mark that down on a board that will be in the Arena so everyone will know how many riders there will be at one time in The Arena and when there is free time. The Arena will only be available to rent for clinic 2 weekends a month, this will leave lots of time for member to ride in the arena. There could be a few clinics that run more than a weekend. Some clinics will be ½ days and some full days. On the days there are full day clinics, The Arena will be free for members to ride from 6am–8am and 7pm-12pm. At this time clinics will be scheduled from 8am-7pm for full day or 8am-1pm and 1pm-7pm, for a ½ day clinic. There also will be clinics that only require ½ of  The Arena; members will be able to ride in the other ½ of The Arena.  

Clinics:

The first person to request a date for a clinic and put a non-refundable deposit down has that date for the clinic. Fee: If there are 10 or more people in the clinic it is $10 per person per day, under 10 people it will be $15 per day. To use ½ of The Arena or ½ days will be $50. Free to bring your own  portable pens.  There will be a wash rack available.
